Considering sensitivity around COVID-19 and to help prevent transmission of the COVID virus moving forward, the Pikes Peak Center has adopted a Clear Bag Policy for patrons. All bags must meet the following criteria:

  • Clear bags not to exceed 14” x 6” x 14” – exception: hand clutches not to exceed 4.5” x 6.5” (with or without a shoulder or wrist strap)
  • All guests and their possessions are subject to screening.

Tickets

At the Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts we encourage ticket buyers to utilize AXS Mobile ID (digital ticketing) as the method of delivery to enhance their experience by providing the ability to easily transfer tickets, also expediting and maximizing contactless entry to the venue. For more information about digital ticketing, click here.

If you have paper tickets, the barcodes and seat locations on the tickets remain valid. Nothing needs to be done other than displaying those tickets to guest services upon entry on June 18th.

Please reach out to TicketOffice@BroadmoorWorldArena.com with any further questions.
