Access to the Pikes Peak Center

Customers can be dropped off at the “ticketing zone” on the north end of the building then access the Center through the automatic door into the lobby. Accessible parking is available in the public garage off Sahwatch, behind the Center on the Southwest corner. There is an approved parking pass area at the east end of the garage with an elevator to take you to floor 2B. There is also accessible metered parking on Cascade Street.

Assistive Listening System (ALS)

The Pikes Peak Center is equipped with assisted listening devices and they are available to guests who are hard of hearing at no charge at the box office. A driver’s license, credit card or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

Elevators

There is one elevator located in the venue on the North end of the building, between Studio Bee and the main theater.

Guide Dogs and Service Animals

Animals are not allowed in the Pikes Peak Center; however, an exception is made for guests with guide dogs or service animals.

Interpreting Services

Guests requiring interpreting services for events should contact Kyle Hamman at (719) 477-2151, or email khamman@broadmoorworldarena.com no later than three weeks prior to the event. For events with multiple show dates and times, one performance will be designated as the interpreted performance.

Seating for Guests with Visual Impairments

Seating for guests with visual impairments maybe reserved up to 10 (ten) business days prior to the date of the event or until sold out – whichever comes first. Reserved seats are held within an acceptable distance of the stage/performance for ease of viewing.

Wheelchair and Companion Seating

Wheelchair and companion seating is available in the Loge section of the Great Hall and in the Right Orchestra Tower. Wheelchair users can utilize one (1) wheelchair and one (1) companion seat per event. We will make exceptions to this on a case-by-case basis pending availability. To purchase wheelchair and companion seating, please come to the box office or call AXS Ticketing at (888) 929-7849.
